Overview
While Microsoft Outlook is recommended, Microsoft 365 email can also be configured within Apple's Mail application.
Setup Instructions
- Open Settings.
- Select Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts.
- Tap Add Account.
- Choose Microsoft Exchange.
- Enter your Microsoft 365 email address.
- Tap Next.
- Select Sign In.
- Enter your Microsoft 365 password.
- Complete any Multi-Factor Authentication prompts.
- Choose what you would like to synchronize, then tap Save.
Important
Some Microsoft 365 features may work best when using the Outlook app rather than Apple Mail.
