Full Bio

Gregory has always had a passion for technology. It has been a constant presence in his life from an early age, shaping both his career and entrepreneurial drive. While still in high school, he began his professional journey at an Allstate Insurance agency, where he quickly advanced from telemarketer to office manager. Under his leadership, the agency’s net profits quadrupled over nearly three years, providing him with firsthand experience in business operations, accountability, and service excellence. During this time, he relocated to the Temecula Valley.

Years earlier, Gregory and his brother Wesley first envisioned building a technology company while sitting in a booth at Carl’s Jr.—a simple moment that would later become the foundation of Kelley Brothers IT. Built on trust, reliability, and strong technical fundamentals, the company grew steadily serving local businesses. As the organization matured and prepared for expanded national support and long‑term growth, the company rebranded to Tiger Guard IT, reflecting a broader mission, stronger security focus, and a scalable vision for the future.

Over the past decade, Gregory has continued to refine both his technical and leadership skill sets while guiding the company’s growth. His experience includes Windows and Linux systems, Linux server administration, Microsoft 365 setup and administration, VPNs, advanced DNS configuration, AWS infrastructure management (including load balancers), PowerShell scripting, and full‑stack web development using PHP, jQuery, and MySQL. Under his direction, Tiger Guard IT has grown into a stable, profitable MSP committed to serving clients across multiple industries with a strong emphasis on security, compliance, and operational excellence.
